The Pan Arrows surround the Main Map View. They can be used to shift the map view in one of four cardinal directions (North, East, South and West). If, for example, the north arrow is clicked the map view will shift revealing areas north of the original view, with the top 25% of the original view still visible at the bottom of the new view.
