This surreal figure represents the first collaboration between a mainstream comic-book
creator, Mike Mignola (Hellboy), and a designer toy maker — in this
case, Hong Kong’s Eric So, a pioneer of the urban vinyl movement.
This Hellboy figure has been so successful, artistically and commercially, that Mignola plans to collaborate annually with different artists from around the world to reinterpret his characters in vinyl.
