We provide workplace injury prevention and education services to all Nova Scotia employers and workers. We also provide workplace injury insurance coverage to approximately 18,000 employers and their 300,000 workers.

Workers have certain rights and responsibilities under the Occupational Health and Safety Act and the Workers’ Compensation Act, and in return, receive various benefits and services from the WCB, as appropriate.
