In order to ensure that they are made correctly and with the proper authority, it is the policy of the CSSB to accept only written change requests. To assist our staff, please include your CSSB Pension PIN or Social Insurance Number in any correspondence. Please send any changes to The Civil Service Superannuation Board The All Charities Campaign Celebrating 40 years in 2006 Charitable Donation Process Made Easier Pension recipients who currently donate through the All Charities Campaign will be sent a pledge card that allows us to deduct the applicable pledge from the recipient's pension payment. Pension recipients who have signed up for our direct deposit service will have their pension payments deposited automatically to their designated accounts on the following days. (Please note the change in the timing of the December payment)
If you have not requested payment by direct deposit, your payment will be mailed one work day prior to the above dates. If you would like to sign up for direct deposit, please contact us.
